Care Quality Commission

Statement from Park Grange Medical Centre on CQC report 30/04/19

Following previous CQC inspections, our practice has continued to work hard to deliver a high standard of care to our patients.

The report recognises that our practice treats patients with “kindness and respect and involved them in decisions about their care.”

Achieving a rating of ‘Good’ means the CQC recognises the work we have put in place as a practice to deliver significant improvements made since the previous inspections.

It is particularly pleasing to see the inspectors have highlighted areas of outstanding practice, including the use of innovative templates and the management of IT systems to ensure that patients received safe and effective care. The CQC also rated as outstanding a general practice matrix we put in place to ensure that all environmental and building maintenance checks were up to date and could be easily monitored.
