We require 48 hours notice for repeat prescriptions. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in person by bringing in your repeat prescription slip, to help avoid confusion or the wrong medicines being issued.
Electronic prescription service (EPS)
With the electronic prescription service (EPS), we can send prescriptions directly to your nominated pharmacy reducing the need to attend in person to collect prescriptions. Please see the reception team for more information.

If collecting in person, please ensure you leave two working days before attending reception for collecting your prescription. The best time to come is between 2.00pm and 4.00pm.
There is also a home delivery service for medications, please speak to your pharmacy for further information.
