Access
The practice premises have suitable access for disabled patients who may register from nearby areas. We have a disabled ramp, a disability compliant reception desk and disabled toilet facilities. There is also a hearing induction loop system on site for those patients who wear hearing aids.

Please note that telephone lines open at 8.30am. The receptionists are the first members of the Practice with whom you come into contact. Our receptionists are trained in Care Navigation and may ask some additional questions to help direct your care to the most appropriate member of our team. All information is treated in the strictest confidence.
Extended Access Appointments
Extended access appointments from sites in the local area are available between 6.30pm and 9.30pm on weeknights and from 9.00am to 5.00pm on a weekend. Our practice hosts an extended access clinic on a Monday evening.
Patients can be referred to a range of health professionals including GPs, nurses (for cervical screening), adult and paediatric phlebotomy services and first contact physiotherapists.
There are also extended access paediatric clinics with GPs from 3.30pm to 5.30pm on weekdays to help reduce absence at school.

If you need advice out of surgery hours please contact the NHS 111 Service on 111. You can speak in confidence to a Healthcare Professional for advice on a current health problem or obtain information on any NHS service.
