All surgeries are by appointment. The practice offers a range of appointments to accommodate the needs of our patients. Appointments are available to book on the day for patients who require an urgent appointment.
Alternatively, the practice offers advance booking for up to 2 weeks, which can include face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations and e-consultation / online reviews.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment in case the doctor or nurse may see you earlier.
Please visit or telephone the surgery any time during working hours to make an appointment to see the doctor, nurse or other member of our team.
If you need to cancel or alter your appointment, please ring the surgery to let the receptionist know. This helps us to give your appointment to another patient.
Extended Access Appointments
Extended access appointments from sites in the local area are available between 6.30pm and 9.30pm on weeknights and from 9.00am to 5.00pm on a weekend. Our practice hosts an extended access clinic on a Monday evening.
There are also extended access paediatric clinics with GPs from 3.30pm to 5.30pm on weekdays to help reduce absence at school.
To arrange an appointment, please contact the surgery and speak to the receptionists.

Home Visits
Home visits can be arranged for patients who are deemed too ill to attend the surgery, as per our home visiting policy. Please use the service thoughtfully, and ring as early as possible in the morning to request a visit.
In order to ensure that the most appropriate care is provided, our reception team may ask for further information to enable the doctor to determine the priority and nature of the visit in a timely fashion.
We work closely with the community matrons to help facilitate some of these visits. For further information, please visit Bradford District Care Trust (BDCT) at www.bdct.nhs.uk
If you have any further queries about our home visiting policy, please speak to our practice manager.
